The album's 15 original songs are performed with only minimal accompaniment. Foucault's acoustic guitar and vocal take the forefront on every track. His voice has an element of weathered sweetness, adding a rich and convincing quality to the songs. Foucault's writing is earnest and thoughtful, and hints at experience which belies his 26 years.
